Washing: If machine washing is permitted on the label, wash separately on a gentle cold cycle with a mild detergent.
Bleaching: Do not use chlorine bleach or harsh chemical treatments.
Drying: Reshape while damp and air dry away from direct heat unless the care label states otherwise.
Finishing: Do not pull tassels; gently straighten them by hand after washing.
We deliver across South Africa by courier, with Standard and Express options priced for your address at checkout. You can also collect from us in Edenvale, by appointment, with no delivery charge.
Most of our products are made to your confirmed order, so we do not take change-of-mind returns on them; we put right faults, delivery damage and our own errors. Report a problem as soon as possible, ideally within 5 days of delivery (visible damage to the parcels within 48 hours where possible), and contact us before sending anything back. Yes. Once your order is dispatched, the courier emails you at each step with tracking details so you can follow the parcel until it arrives.
We deliver within South Africa only. Customers in neighbouring countries are welcome to collect by appointment, or to have the order delivered to an address in South Africa.
