Care guide
Washing: Machine washable on a gentle cycle at 60°C. Use a large-capacity commercial machine. Wash before first use.
Detergent: Use a mild liquid detergent. Do not bleach or use fabric softener.
Drying: Tumble dry on a low heat setting. Shake out after drying to restore the cellular structure.
Ironing: Cool iron if needed. Do not over-iron — this can flatten the cellular weave.
Dry Cleaning: Do not dry clean.
We deliver across South Africa by courier, with Standard and Express options priced for your address at checkout. You can also collect from us in Edenvale, by appointment, with no delivery charge.
Most of our products are made to your confirmed order, so we do not take change-of-mind returns on them; we put right faults, delivery damage and our own errors. Report a problem as soon as possible, ideally within 5 days of delivery (visible damage to the parcels within 48 hours where possible), and contact us before sending anything back. We deliver within South Africa only. Customers in neighbouring countries are welcome to collect by appointment, or to have the order delivered to an address in South Africa.
