Trade Account for Hospitality Buyers and Resellers

A Linen and Co trade account gives hotels, guesthouses, lodges, spas, self-catering owners, resellers and interior decorators their own trade prices when they sign in and written quotations that hold prices for seven days. Hospitality accounts also earn automatic volume savings on eligible items once they are switched on for the account. There is no minimum order for trade clients, apart from Papini curtain hardware, which has a supplier minimum of R1,500.

Who a trade account is for

  • Hospitality buyers: hotels, boutique hotels, guesthouses, B&Bs, lodges, game reserves, spas and self-catering or Airbnb properties.
  • Interior decorators and designers buying for client projects.
  • Resellers who buy linen to resell.
  • Facility managers and procurement teams buying for several properties.

What you get

  • Trade prices: once your account is approved, you see your own prices when you sign in, next to the regular price. Hospitality accounts get hospitality prices, and reseller accounts get a fixed reseller price on reseller-priced items.
  • Volume savings for hospitality accounts: once they are switched on for your account, eligible items earn 5% from R5,000, 8% from R10,000 and 10% from R20,000, applied automatically at checkout. Reseller accounts have a fixed reseller price instead, and volume savings do not apply on top of it.
  • Written quotations: turn a basket into a quotation that holds your items, quantities and prices for seven days, so you can get it approved before you order.
  • No minimum order: order one room or a whole property. The one exception is Papini curtain hardware, which has a supplier minimum of R1,500.
  • Your own details kept ready: addresses and past orders are in your account.

How to apply

Create an account and tell us about your business. We check each application ourselves, and once it is approved as a hospitality or reseller account you will see your prices when you sign in. Home and residential customers do not need an application: an ordinary account shows normal prices. If it helps us approve it faster, send your business name and what you are furnishing to info@linenco.co.za.

How volume savings work

Volume savings are for approved hospitality accounts once they are switched on for the account. They are worked out on the value of the eligible items in your whole order, not on one product. As your eligible total passes R5,000, R10,000 and R20,000, the saving steps up from 5% to 8% to 10%. Items already on sale are not discounted a second time, and savings do not stack with a sale price. Delivery is priced separately at checkout.

How a quotation works

Add what you need to your basket, then request a quotation. It holds your items, quantities and prices, and the saving you have earned, for seven days. You can view or print it, accept it to continue to checkout at exactly the quoted prices, change the items and quote again, or withdraw it. Delivery is not part of a quotation, because it depends on your address and is priced at checkout.

Your dashboard once approved

Hospitality accounts open a dashboard with your company details, recent orders, reorders and recent quotations. Reseller accounts open a reseller dashboard, described on our reseller page. Home customers have their own free account and home dashboard.

Payment

Payment is in full before production or dispatch. We do not run credit accounts or payment plans, for trade clients or anyone else, and a written quotation shows exactly what you are paying for before you approve it.

Custom sizing, branding and lead times

Trade clients can order linen sized to fit non-standard beds and add embroidery to towels and bathrobes or satin stitch detailing to pillowcases. Ready-stock items usually take 3 to 5 business days and made-to-order items 7 to 14 business days before dispatch, with courier time added after that, so give us your date and we will plan around it.
