If you are choosing a duvet cover for an existing inner, measure the inner itself and match the cover to its width and length. If you are selecting a new inner and cover together, first consider the bed size and the side and foot overhang you want. Then match the cover exactly to the chosen inner dimensions.
We deliver across South Africa by courier, with Standard and Express options priced for your address at checkout. You can also collect from us in Edenvale, by appointment, with no delivery charge.
Most of our products are made to your confirmed order, so we do not take change-of-mind returns on them; we put right faults, delivery damage and our own errors. Report a problem as soon as possible, ideally within 5 days of delivery (visible damage to the parcels within 48 hours where possible), and contact us before sending anything back. Yes. Once your order is dispatched, the courier emails you at each step with tracking details so you can follow the parcel until it arrives.
We deliver within South Africa only. Customers in neighbouring countries are welcome to collect by appointment, or to have the order delivered to an address in South Africa.

The duvet inner determines the coverage and overhang on the bed. The duvet cover should then match the inner dimensions: a cover that is too large can allow shifting, while a cover that is too small can compress the inner and pull at seams or closures.
