From Edenvale, we make bed linen, pillowcases, selected protectors and table linen to order, and source the bath linen, inners, toppers, blankets and window treatments that complete the room.

We supply homes, hotels, lodges, guesthouses, spas, restaurants and design professionals across South Africa. Customers can compare fabrics, specify exact sizes, select practical finishes and return for matching top-ups.
Linen and Co (Pty) Ltd is a linen manufacturer in Sebenza, Edenvale, Gauteng. Our online store is about a year old, and we built it ourselves, one piece at a time, so it keeps changing as customers tell us what would help. If something is unclear, or you cannot find what you need, tell us: we read every message.
Most of what we sell is made to a customer specification, so we talk to people before we cut a single metre. Our showroom and factory are open by confirmed appointment, so you can come and see and feel the fabrics for yourself.

Much of our range is made to order. Production starts once payment is confirmed, and made-to-order items usually take 7 to 14 business days before dispatch. Ready-stock items usually take 3 to 5 business days before dispatch, with courier time added after that. We would rather tell you the real timing than promise something we cannot keep, so if you are working to an opening date, a refit or peak season, give us the date and we will plan around it.
Because we make to order, we can do things a shelf-stock supplier cannot: size linen to fit non-standard beds, and add embroidery to towels and bathrobes or satin stitch detailing to pillowcases.
We lead with percale because it is a plain, tightly woven fabric that looks crisp and launders well. Polycotton percale 200TC (50/50) is our first recommendation for hospitality because it is durable, dries quickly and resists creasing. Cotton percale 200TC suits a natural, breathable feel. Anyone can shop at retail prices. Hospitality and reseller businesses can apply for a trade account. Once we have checked and approved it, hospitality accounts see hospitality prices and earn automatic volume savings, reseller accounts see their own reseller prices, and both can turn a basket into a written quotation that holds prices for seven days. There is no minimum order for trade clients.
