Washing: Machine washable on a gentle cycle. Use a large-capacity commercial machine for best results. Wash before first use.
Detergent: Use a mild liquid detergent. Do not bleach or use fabric softener.
Drying: Tumble dry on a low heat setting only. Do not wring or twist.
Ironing: Do not iron the pile side. Not recommended — the plush pile is wrinkle-resistant.
Dry Cleaning: Do not dry clean.
We deliver across South Africa by courier, with Standard and Express options priced for your address at checkout. You can also collect from us in Edenvale, by appointment, with no delivery charge.
Most of our products are made to your confirmed order, so we do not take change-of-mind returns on them; we put right faults, delivery damage and our own errors. Report a problem as soon as possible, ideally within 5 days of delivery (visible damage to the parcels within 48 hours where possible), and contact us before sending anything back. Yes. Once your order is dispatched, the courier emails you at each step with tracking details so you can follow the parcel until it arrives.
We deliver within South Africa only. Customers in neighbouring countries are welcome to collect by appointment, or to have the order delivered to an address in South Africa.
