Do not use bleach or fabric softeners — these break down cotton fibres and reduce absorbency over time.
Tumble dry on low heat — remove promptly to maintain softness and avoid creasing.
Do not iron or dry clean — unnecessary for loop pile terry and may damage the fabric.
Wash before first use — this activates the cotton fibres and maximises absorbency from the start.
Wash darks separately — for the first few washes to prevent colour transfer.
We deliver across South Africa by courier, with Standard and Express options priced for your address at checkout. You can also collect from us in Edenvale, by appointment, with no delivery charge.
Most of our products are made to your confirmed order, so we do not take change-of-mind returns on them; we put right faults, delivery damage and our own errors. Report a problem as soon as possible, ideally within 5 days of delivery (visible damage to the parcels within 48 hours where possible), and contact us before sending anything back. We deliver within South Africa only. Customers in neighbouring countries are welcome to collect by appointment, or to have the order delivered to an address in South Africa.
