Wash separately — always wash bath mats separately from items with zippers, hooks, or rough textures that can snag the warp knit fibres.
Use gentle detergents — select mild detergents free from harsh chemicals to protect the mat's fibres and maintain excellent absorbency wash after wash.
Water temperature — white mats: machine wash at up to 60°C. Coloured mats: wash at up to 40°C to keep colours vibrant and prevent fading.
Tumble dry on low to medium heat — avoid high heat and over-drying to protect the fabric's integrity. Remove promptly to maintain softness.
Avoid fabric softeners — fabric softeners leave residues that reduce absorbency. Use sparingly, or substitute with white vinegar in the rinse cycle as a natural softening agent.
Wash before first use — activates the cotton fibres and maximises absorbency from the start.
We deliver across South Africa by courier, with Standard and Express options priced for your address at checkout. You can also collect from us in Edenvale, by appointment, with no delivery charge.
Most of our products are made to your confirmed order, so we do not take change-of-mind returns on them; we put right faults, delivery damage and our own errors. Report a problem as soon as possible, ideally within 5 days of delivery (visible damage to the parcels within 48 hours where possible), and contact us before sending anything back. We deliver within South Africa only. Customers in neighbouring countries are welcome to collect by appointment, or to have the order delivered to an address in South Africa.
