Description
Bristol Egyptian Towels 450 GSM: A 100% cotton towel range from Bristol at a budget price. Egyptian is Bristol's name for the range, not a description of where the cotton comes from.
Practical 450 GSM Weight: A medium weight that is quick to wash and dry, so it suits places where towels go through the laundry often.
A Value Towel, Not a Luxury One: It does the job at a low price. If you want a softer, heavier towel for premium guest bathrooms, ask us about our plusher ranges.
Complete Bathroom Range: Available across face cloths, guest towels, hand towels, bath towels and bath sheets so bathrooms can be stocked consistently.
Where It Works Well: Hostels, budget stays, pool and beach towels, and staff or worker accommodation, where many people use the towels and cost matters most.
Why choose
Everyday Value: A low-cost 100% cotton towel for places that need plenty of towels at a sensible replacement cost.
Balanced Drying Time: The 450 GSM weight is easier to launder and dry than heavier plush towels, which helps with high-turnover use.
Wide Size Coverage: Stock one coordinated range across bathrooms, cloakrooms, pools and general-use linen rooms.
Colour Coordination: Available in classic white as well as a wide range of colours.
Ideal uses
Hostels and Budget Stays: A hard-working towel for properties where cost and quick turnaround matter most.
Pool and Beach Towels: Useful when many guests, including children, share a pool or play area.
Staff and Worker Accommodation: A cost-conscious towel for mine, camp and staff housing that is washed often.
Bulk Towel Replacement: Suitable when you need coordinated towel sizes across face cloths, hand towels, bath towels and bath sheets.
Care guide
Before First Use: Wash separately or with similar colours to remove loose fibres and improve absorbency.
Washing: Machine wash warm with a mild detergent and avoid overloading the machine so the pile can rinse properly.
Avoid: Do not bleach, and avoid fabric softener because it coats towel fibres and reduces absorbency.
Drying: Tumble dry low or line dry fully, then shake out before folding to refresh the terry pile.
Storage: Store completely dry in a ventilated linen area and rotate stock evenly in hospitality use.
