Care guide
Machine wash on a gentle cycle using cool to warm water (30°C to 40°C).
Use a mild liquid detergent suitable for natural fibres.
Do not overload the washing machine — cotton-filled inners are heavier when wet and need adequate space.
Do not use fabric softener — it may coat the cotton fill and reduce breathability.
Do not use chlorine bleach — a mild oxygen-based alternative only if necessary.
Tumble dry on a low heat setting — cotton fill takes longer to dry than synthetic alternatives.
Add clean dryer balls to help prevent the fill from clumping during drying.
Ensure the inner is fully dry throughout before use or storage — cotton retains moisture more than synthetic fills.
Shake and fluff after drying to redistribute the fill evenly.
Air out regularly in a well-ventilated space to maintain freshness and reduce moisture build-up.
If you are choosing a duvet cover for an existing inner, measure the inner itself and match the cover to its width and length. If you are selecting a new inner and cover together, first consider the bed size and the side and foot overhang you want. Then match the cover exactly to the chosen inner dimensions.

We're here to help
Tell us your bed sizes, quantities and when you need them, and we will recommend the right linen for your property, project or home.
The duvet inner determines the coverage and overhang on the bed. The duvet cover should then match the inner dimensions: a cover that is too large can allow shifting, while a cover that is too small can compress the inner and pull at seams or closures.
