Description
Fitted Sheet Construction: A shaped bottom sheet with an elasticated edge, designed to wrap neatly around the mattress and stay in place during regular use.
100% Cotton Percale: Made from pure cotton fibres for natural breathability, moisture absorption and a cooler sleep feel than synthetic blends.
Premium 300TC Finish: The finer 300TC percale weave gives the sleep surface a smoother, crisper and more refined hotel feel than standard 200TC cotton percale.
Secure Mattress Fit: Designed to sit smoothly over the mattress and mattress protector, helping the bed look neater between room turnovers.
Natural Cotton Comfort: Cotton percale softens with washing while keeping the crisp structure expected from premium hotel bedding.
Why choose
Premium 300TC Cotton: A finer cotton percale fitted sheet for rooms that need a more refined white sleep surface.
Secure Mattress Fit: The elasticated construction helps the sheet sit neatly around the mattress for a cleaner, tighter bed finish.
100% Cotton Comfort: Pure cotton gives the fitted sheet a naturally breathable feel with no synthetic blend.
Crisp Smooth Finish: The 300TC percale weave gives a cool, smooth hand feel while keeping a classic matte hotel look.
Hospitality and Home Ready: A strong choice for boutique accommodation, premium guest rooms, serviced apartments and homes that prefer natural cotton fitted sheets.
Ideal uses
Boutique Hotels and Premium Guesthouses: A natural cotton fitted sheet option for rooms that need refined guest comfort and a neat mattress fit.
Spa and Wellness Stays: Suitable for properties that prefer pure cotton bedding with a clean, calm and premium feel.
Serviced Apartments and Holiday Lets: Practical for guest stays where comfort, presentation and repeat laundering all matter.
Mattress Protector Pairing: Works neatly over a mattress protector to keep the sleep surface smooth and guest-ready.
Home Bedrooms: A crisp premium cotton fitted sheet for everyday comfort with a fresh hotel-style finish.
Care guide
Machine Wash: Wash with a mild detergent and keep whites separate for a cleaner premium finish.
Cotton Shrinkage: Expect normal initial shrinkage after the first wash; this is standard for pure cotton.
Drying: Tumble dry low or line dry in a well-ventilated area, then remove promptly to reduce creasing.
Elastic Care: Avoid excessive heat where possible to help protect the elasticated edge over repeated laundering.
Store Fully Dry: Fold and store in a clean, dry linen area between room rotations.
Getting the right fit starts with accurate measurements. Fitted sheets and mattress protectors rely on three dimensions — length, width, and depth. Take 2 minutes to measure correctly and avoid the frustration of an ill-fitting sheet.
