Description
Fitted Sheet Construction: A shaped bottom sheet with an elasticated edge, designed to wrap neatly around the mattress and stay in place during regular use.
50/50 Cotton-Polyester Percale: Cotton adds breathability while polyester adds strength, crease resistance and shape stability for regular hospitality laundering.
Crisp 200TC Finish: The tight matte percale weave gives the bed a clean, fresh hotel look that is easy to repeat across multiple rooms.
Secure Mattress Fit: Designed to sit smoothly over the mattress and mattress protector, helping the bed look neater between room turnovers.
Fast Laundry Turnaround: Polycotton dries faster than pure cotton, helping keep fitted sheet stock moving in high-turnover properties.
Why choose
Easy-Care 50/50 Blend: Built for properties that need fitted sheets to wash well, dry quickly and return to service with less effort.
Durable Hospitality Bedding: Polyester strengthens the cotton blend, helping the fitted sheet handle frequent washing and daily guest use.
Neat Bed Presentation: The elasticated construction helps the sheet sit securely around the mattress for a cleaner, tighter bed finish.
Lower-Maintenance Finish: Reduced creasing and good shape stability make this a practical choice for busy housekeeping teams.
Trade and Bulk Friendly: Suitable for hotels, lodges, guesthouses, serviced apartments and staff accommodation where value and durability both matter.
Ideal uses
Hotels and Guesthouses: A clean, durable fitted sheet option for rooms that need fresh presentation after every changeover.
Lodges and Serviced Apartments: Practical for properties that need fitted sheets to be easy to rotate, replace and coordinate.
High-Turnover Rooms: Fast drying and lower creasing make it useful where laundry turnaround matters.
Mattress Protector Pairing: Works neatly over a mattress protector to keep the sleep surface smooth and guest-ready.
Home Bedrooms: A low-maintenance fitted sheet for a crisp, practical bed with an easy-care finish.
Care guide
Machine Wash at 60°C: Suitable for regular hospitality laundering with a commercial detergent.
Tumble Dry Medium: Dries faster than pure cotton and can return to service quickly when removed promptly.
Reduced Creasing: The polyester content helps the fitted sheet stay neater with less ironing than pure cotton.
Elastic Care: Avoid excessive heat where possible to help protect the elasticated edge over repeated laundering.
Store Fully Dry: Fold and store in a clean, dry linen area between room rotations.

Getting the right fit starts with accurate measurements. Fitted sheets and mattress protectors rely on three dimensions — length, width, and depth. Take 2 minutes to measure correctly and avoid the frustration of an ill-fitting sheet.
