Who we supply
Guesthouses and B&Bs face frequent guest turnover, changeable laundry conditions and the need for rooms that always feel fresh. Linen has to cope with all of that and still look inviting when the guest walks in.
Many guesthouses use polycotton in most rooms and cotton in one or two signature rooms. Both come in white, cream, stone, grey and duck egg, so the rooms can still look like one property.
| Fabric | Why guesthouses choose it |
|---|---|
| Polycotton percale 200TC (50/50) | Cost-effective, resists creasing and dries quickly. A sensible default for most rooms. |
| Cotton percale 200TC | A crisp, breathable natural feel with good durability. |
| Cotton percale 300TC (white only) | A smoother, more premium feel for your best rooms or a luxury positioning. |
Guesthouse rooms rarely share one bed size. We supply Single, 3/4, 3/4 XL, Double, Queen, King, Super King and Super King XL, and can size linen to fit anything unusual so duvets do not slip and sheets do not bunch.
Duvet covers close with a press-stud or envelope closure, and many guesthouses like the envelope style because it is quick to make up and easy to launder. Fitted sheets are made for 30 cm and 35 cm mattress depths, so measure yours before ordering. Pillowcases and sheets come plain, Oxford or with satin stitch in five stitch colours. The size guides list every dimension.
A common rule of thumb is three sets per bed: one on the bed, one in the wash and one on the shelf. A guesthouse that washes on site and turns rooms quickly may manage with fewer, and one that sends laundry out should hold more. Tell us your room count and laundry arrangement and we will help you work out quantities, then ask for a written quotation so you can see the total before you order.
Dress the whole room from one supplier: bath towels, hand towels, face cloths and bath mats, duvet inners and pillows, and Wetsafe mattress and pillow protectors that keep beds clean between guests. Our guest room essentials collection puts them together in one place.
Satin stitch on pillowcases and embroidery on towels and bathrobes add a professional, branded touch without overpowering the room. They also help with stock control.
There is no minimum order for trade clients, so you can replace a few worn items or fit out a whole new room. Apply for a trade account to see hospitality prices, and ask for a written quotation that holds your prices for seven days. Delivery is priced at checkout from your address. Ready-stock items usually take 3 to 5 business days and made-to-order items 7 to 14 business days before dispatch, with courier time added after that.
