Who we supply
A well-made bed is the first thing guests notice, and it features in your listing photos. Everything below is available from one supplier, so sizes and colours match and you only place one order.
Our percale bed linen comes in white, cream, stone, grey and duck egg. White looks fresh and photographs well and is the easiest to keep consistent. Cream, stone and grey are warmer and hide wear. Duck egg adds a soft touch of colour. You can mix them across rooms and still have a coordinated property.
| Fabric | Why hosts choose it |
|---|---|
| Polycotton percale 200TC (50/50) | Dries quickly and resists creasing, which suits same-day changeovers and tumble drying. |
| Cotton percale 200TC | A natural, breathable feel at a good everyday price. |
| Cotton percale 300TC (white only) | A smoother, more premium feel for higher-end listings. |
Quilted or towelling Wetsafe mattress and pillow protectors sit under the fitted sheet and pillowcase, keep the mattress clean between guests and wash easily. They are one of the most useful items for a property with frequent changeovers.
A common rule of thumb is at least two sets per bed so you can change a bed while the other set is being washed. Hosts with same-day changeovers or slow laundry often keep three. Send us your bed sizes and how quickly you turn rooms and we will help you plan.
Check each bed before you buy. Duvet cover sets come in Single, 3/4, 3/4 XL, Double, Queen, King, Super King and Super King XL, and fitted sheets are made for 30 cm and 35 cm mattress depths, so measure your mattress depth as well as its width and length. Our size guides list the dimensions for every item. For the bathroom, a bath towel, hand towel and bath mat per guest, plus a spare set, is a sensible starting point.
Fast drying matters most when guests arrive the same day others leave. Polycotton percale dries quicker than cotton, and every product page carries its own care instructions, so your cleaner can wash and dry each item the right way. Keep a labelled bag of spare sets in each unit so a stained sheet never delays a check-in.
There is no minimum order for trade clients, so you can replace a single worn sheet or fit out a new unit. If you manage several properties, apply for a trade account to see hospitality prices and request a written quotation that holds your prices for seven days. Ready-stock items usually take 3 to 5 business days before dispatch.
