Follow the Care Label First: Curtain fabrics and headings can vary by batch, so always use the sewn-in care label as the final care instruction.
Wash at or Below 30°C: Use a gentle wash with mild detergent and similar colours. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.
Remove Hooks Before Washing: Always remove hooks, rings or track gliders before washing to protect the heading tape and fabric.
Protect the Heading: Do not pull, wring or stretch the taped heading. Smooth the heading back into place while drying.
No High Heat: Do not tumble dry. Avoid high heat and long periods in harsh direct sun.
Do Not Iron or Dry Clean: Arissa is not suitable for ironing or dry cleaning. Hang carefully and smooth the fabric by hand after washing.
Eyelet: Best for a curtain pole and a clean, modern fold.
Uses a Pole: Slides directly onto a curtain pole for easy hanging.
Visible Eyelets: The eyelets become part of the finished curtain look.
Soft Wave-Style Drop: Creates a relaxed, even fold with minimal effort.

For a simple look use less fullness; sheers often look best near 2× fullness. If you are unsure, contact us with your pole or track width and required drop before ordering.

They softly filter daylight and add daytime privacy. Because they are sheer, they will not block light and may be see-through at night when interior lights are on.
The taped heading is designed to gather with curtain hooks and can be used on a curtain track or a pole with rings. Measure from your track or ring position to your desired finish, then choose Standard Length - 220cm or Extra Length - 250cm.
We deliver across South Africa by courier, with Standard and Express options priced for your address at checkout. You can also collect from us in Edenvale, by appointment, with no delivery charge.
Most of our products are made to your confirmed order, so we do not take change-of-mind returns on them; we put right faults, delivery damage and our own errors. Report a problem as soon as possible, ideally within 5 days of delivery (visible damage to the parcels within 48 hours where possible), and contact us before sending anything back. Yes. Once your order is dispatched, the courier emails you at each step with tracking details so you can follow the parcel until it arrives.
We deliver within South Africa only. Customers in neighbouring countries are welcome to collect by appointment, or to have the order delivered to an address in South Africa.
