Good to know
Linen and Co is a linen manufacturer in Edenvale, Gauteng. Resellers, interior decorators and bulk buyers can order bed linen, towels and bedding made to their own specification, with custom sizes, embroidery and branding, with a fixed reseller price on every reseller-priced item, and quote your own customers under your own logo from a private reseller dashboard.
It is for interior decorators and design studios, businesses supplying products to their own customers, private-label or manufacturing clients, and larger commercial or bulk buyers who need a protected reseller price and customer-facing quotation tools.
Yes. Most of what we sell is made to a customer specification. Tell us the sizes, fabric, colours, quantities and any finishing, and we will confirm what is possible in a written quotation.
Yes. Your reseller profile holds your logo, trading name, VAT status and quotation terms, and each customer quotation carries them. The quotation is kept separate from your Linen and Co buying price, which stays private.
Yes. You keep a default markup for new quotation lines and can change the markup, or the selling price, on any single product where the job needs it.
Your quotation shows your customer the total including VAT. If you are VAT registered, the VAT is split out for you, and if you are not, no VAT is added to your quotation.
Yes. You can add the delivery charge you want your customer to see on each quotation. Profit and margin in your private view leave delivery out.
No. Reseller accounts use one fixed reseller price on each reseller-priced item. Hospitality volume savings do not apply on top of it, so your price stays predictable.
Selected products and projects can support private-label work, custom sizing, branding, labels and embroidery. Scope, minimums and lead times are confirmed against the individual project.
We add satin stitch detailing to pillowcases and embroidery to towels and bathrobes. Artwork and wording must be confirmed before production starts, and single or double row work adds about one or two weeks.
Made-to-order items usually take 7 to 14 business days before dispatch, with courier time added after that. Large orders can take longer, so give us your date and we will confirm the timing.
No. We do not run credit accounts. Payment is in full before production begins, and the written quotation shows exactly what you are paying for before you approve it.
Apply for a trade account and tell us about your business. We check each application, and once you are approved as a reseller you see your fixed reseller prices when you sign in.
We are a manufacturer, not a shelf-stock shop, and most of what we sell is made to a customer specification. That is why bulk and reseller work suits us: you tell us the sizes, fabric, colours, quantities and finishing, and we make to that brief rather than offering a fixed range of sizes.
Our standard fabrics are polycotton percale 200TC (50/50), cotton percale 200TC and cotton percale 300TC in white, in a palette of white, cream, stone, grey and duck egg. If you need a size that is not on the shelf, such as a non-standard bed, we can size linen to fit.
We add satin stitch detailing to pillowcases and embroidery to towels and bathrobes. Single row satin stitch adds about a week to production and double row about two weeks. Artwork, logos and wording must be confirmed before production begins, because personalised work cannot be undone once it is made. Tell us what you want and we will confirm what is possible and the extra time.
Approved reseller accounts see a fixed reseller price on each reseller-priced item once signed in, which is the price you buy at. Your selling price, markup, VAT and delivery charge never change the Linen and Co price behind your quotation.
The hospitality volume savings do not apply on top of it, because the reseller price is already set for buying to resell. The two account types are kept deliberately separate so your reseller price stays predictable. Apply through our trade account page: we check each application ourselves, and once we approve you as a reseller, interior decorator or manufacturing client you will see your prices and your dashboard.
Payment is in full before production, and we do not run credit accounts. Delivery is by courier across South Africa, priced at checkout or confirmed in your quotation, and you receive tracking updates from the courier. Because most orders are made to specification, bulk orders follow the same returns and refunds policy as every other order: we put right verified faults and our own errors, and each return is authorised first.
