Your name on your linen

A sewn label is the quiet signature on a pillowcase, sheet or duvet cover. For a hotel, guesthouse, lodge or reseller, it makes the linen yours, and it helps in laundries and stock rooms, where identical white linen is easily mixed up. We manufacture the linen, so we can sew your label in during production.

Custom folded satin labels

• Folded polyester satin labels with your own branding.
• Supplied in packs of 500 of one approved design.
• The starting specification is white printing on black satin.
• The pack price includes sewing the labels into Linen and Co products.
• A once-off artwork setup charge applies to a new design, and an unchanged repeat order using the same approved artwork has no further setup charge.

Laundry identification labels and colour tags

For laundries and large properties we can also supply small sewn identification labels with a name or initials and an optional month and year, in packs of 500 labels of one design. Plain colour identification tags in packs of 100 help staff recognise linen sizes quickly. You choose which products and pieces receive the labels, and whether leftover labels stay with us or are sent with your order. Standard Linen and Co size labels stay on every product, and hospitality products also keep our brand label.

• You approve the proof. Production begins only after approval.
• We sew the labels into your order as it is made.

Who custom labels suit

Hotels, guesthouses and lodges use sewn labels to make their linen recognisable and to keep it from drifting between properties and laundries. Resellers and interior decorators use them to put their own brand on linen supplied to their customers, and larger households or institutions use identification labels to sort linen by room or owner. Approval is final

Custom labels are made for your business and cannot be reused, so they cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has started, unless there is a verified fault or a Linen and Co error. Please check the spelling, wording and artwork on the proof carefully before you approve it.

Combine labels with embroidery and sizing

Labels pair well with embroidery on towels and bathrobes, satin stitch on pillowcases and made-to-measure sizing. Ask for a written quotation that covers all of it. Made-to-order items usually take 7 to 14 business days before dispatch, with courier time added after that, and extra time applies for embroidery.
