Why choose

Quilted Wetsafe Pillow Protector

Waterproof Pillow Protection: Helps protect pillows from sweat, moisture, spills and staining during daily use.

Quilted Comfort Layer: Adds a softer padded feel under the pillowcase compared with a plain waterproof layer.

Guest-Room Hygiene Support: Creates a cleaner protective barrier for hotels, guesthouses, lodges, Airbnb units and home bedrooms.

Easy-Care Practicality: Designed for regular laundering and practical bedding rotation.

Ideal uses

Perfect for

Hotels and Guesthouses: Protects pillows in rooms that need reliable waterproofing, comfort and regular laundering.

Lodges and Airbnb Units: Practical for high-use guest pillows where freshness, hygiene and quick turnover matter.

Family Homes: Useful for children’s rooms, main bedrooms, guest rooms and pet-friendly bedrooms where everyday pillow protection is important.

Pillow Life Extension: Helps reduce direct wear on the pillow and keeps the sleeping surface protected for longer.

Pillowcase Pairing: Works underneath a pillowcase to keep pillows comfortable, hygienic and guest-ready.

Care guide

Caring for your Quilted Wetsafe Pillow Protector

Machine Wash: Wash regularly with mild detergent to support hygiene and keep the protector fresh.

Water Temperature: Use cold to warm water and avoid excessive heat, which may affect the waterproof barrier over time.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or aggressive chemical treatments, as these may damage the Wetsafe layer.

Drying: Line dry where possible or tumble dry on low heat only. Ensure fully dry before reuse.

Do Not Iron: Avoid ironing, wringing or dry cleaning to protect the quilted surface and waterproof membrane.

How to Measure — Pillows, Pillowcases & Protectors

Measure the pillow insert itself to select the correct pillowcase and pillow protector. Lay the insert flat without compressing it, record the length and width, then match all three layers by size.

1Identify the Pillow Size
- Standard pillow: 45 × 70 cm.
- King pillow: 50 × 90 cm.
- Continental pillow: 80 × 80 cm.
- Measure the insert rather than relying on an old pillowcase or protector.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your shipping options?

We deliver across South Africa by courier, with Standard and Express options priced for your address at checkout. You can also collect from us in Edenvale, by appointment, with no delivery charge.

What is your return policy?

Most of our products are made to your confirmed order, so we do not take change-of-mind returns on them; we put right faults, delivery damage and our own errors. Report a problem as soon as possible, ideally within 5 days of delivery (visible damage to the parcels within 48 hours where possible), and contact us before sending anything back. Our Returns and Refunds policy has the details.

How can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, the courier emails you at each step with tracking details so you can follow the parcel until it arrives.

We deliver within South Africa only. Customers in neighbouring countries are welcome to collect by appointment, or to have the order delivered to an address in South Africa.

Lay the pillow flat on a firm surface.
Measure seam to seam along the longest edge.
Record the length in centimetres without compressing the fill.

3Measure the Width

Keep the pillow flat and uncompressed.
Measure seam to seam across the shorter edge at the widest point.
For a square Continental pillow, both sides should measure the same.

4Match the Insert, Protector and Pillowcase

Compare the measured width and length.
Select the same size for the pillow insert, protector and pillowcase.
Size up only when the pillow is genuinely oversized or heavily overfilled.

An exact fit keeps the pillow smooth, prevents excess fabric and avoids strain on the pillowcase or protector. Linen and Co pillow protectors use a flap or envelope closure rather than a zip.
