Washing: Machine washable at 60°C on a commercial or large-capacity machine. Wash before first use.
Detergent: Use a mild liquid detergent. Do not bleach or use fabric softener.
Drying: Tumble dry on a low heat setting. Shake out after drying to restore loft and even fill distribution.
Ironing: Not required — the quilted construction is wrinkle-resistant. Do not iron directly on the fill.
Dry Cleaning: Do not dry clean.
Maintenance: Use a quality mattress protector over the topper to maintain hygiene standards and extend product life.
Mattress toppers are sized to your mattress surface — no depth measurement needed.However, adding a topper increases your overall mattress height, so check your fitted sheet depth before ordering both.
We deliver across South Africa by courier, with Standard and Express options priced for your address at checkout. You can also collect from us in Edenvale, by appointment, with no delivery charge.
Most of our products are made to your confirmed order, so we do not take change-of-mind returns on them; we put right faults, delivery damage and our own errors. Report a problem as soon as possible, ideally within 5 days of delivery (visible damage to the parcels within 48 hours where possible), and contact us before sending anything back. Yes. Once your order is dispatched, the courier emails you at each step with tracking details so you can follow the parcel until it arrives.
We deliver within South Africa only. Customers in neighbouring countries are welcome to collect by appointment, or to have the order delivered to an address in South Africa.
