Routine Dusting: Dust lightly or vacuum gently with a soft brush attachment.
Spot Cleaning: Wipe marks gently with a slightly damp cloth and mild solution if needed.
Drying: Let the fabric dry fully before rolling the blind up.
Avoid: Do not machine wash, soak, scrub harshly or use bleach on the blind fabric.
Operation: Roll up and down smoothly to protect the chain, motor or roller mechanism.
Always measure in millimetres. Confirm whether the blind will be recess fixed inside the opening or face fixed outside the opening before placing your order.
We deliver across South Africa by courier, with Standard and Express options priced for your address at checkout. You can also collect from us in Edenvale, by appointment, with no delivery charge.
Most of our products are made to your confirmed order, so we do not take change-of-mind returns on them; we put right faults, delivery damage and our own errors. Report a problem as soon as possible, ideally within 5 days of delivery (visible damage to the parcels within 48 hours where possible), and contact us before sending anything back. Yes. Once your order is dispatched, the courier emails you at each step with tracking details so you can follow the parcel until it arrives.
We deliver within South Africa only. Customers in neighbouring countries are welcome to collect by appointment, or to have the order delivered to an address in South Africa.
