Where we deliver

Hotel and Guesthouse Linen in the Western Cape

Linen and Co supplies bed and bath linen to hotels, wine estates, guesthouses and boutique stays in Cape Town, Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. We make in Gauteng and deliver by tracked courier across the Western Cape, to your sizes, with embroidery on request and written quotations for trade buyers.

Cape Town

Cape Town’s hospitality scene demands nothing but the best. We supply bed and bath linen to hotels, guesthouses and boutique stays across the Mother City, so the beds and bathrooms your guests see are consistent from room to room.

Stellenbosch

Stellenbosch’s wine country charm deserves equally refined linen. We supply boutique hotels, wine estates and guesthouses with bed and bath linen that gives every guest room the same considered finish.

Franschhoek

Franschhoek is synonymous with world-class hospitality. We provide bed and bath linen to the valley’s wine estate hotels and boutique accommodation, with satin stitch and embroidery available where a property wants a more finished look.

What we supply

  • Bed linen: sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases in polycotton percale and cotton percale, with satin stitch on request.
  • Bath linen: towels, bath mats and bathrobes.
  • Table linen: tablecloths, napkins and runners for restaurants and events.
  • Mattress and pillow protectors, duvet inners and pillows.
  • Embroidery and woven labels, so your branded linen is easy to tell apart.

Choosing fabric for your laundry and room standard

The right fabric depends on how you launder and what each room needs, not only on where you are. Polycotton percale 200TC suits busy rooms where durability and easy care matter. Cotton percale 200TC gives a natural cotton feel with a crisp finish. Cotton percale 300TC suits suites and elevated rooms where a smoother finish is wanted. Tell us how many rooms you run, how you wash and dry, and how quickly rooms turn over, and we will recommend a setup for your property in the Western Cape.

Delivery to the Western Cape

We make your linen in Gauteng and send it to you by tracked courier. Ready-stock items usually take 3 to 5 business days before dispatch and made-to-order items 7 to 14 business days, with courier time added after dispatch. The courier price is worked out from your delivery address at checkout, and you can see express options where they are available. Inspect your parcels when they arrive and tell us within 48 hours of any visible damage, as set out in our shipping and returns policies.

Most of what we sell is made to your specification, so unusual beds, deeper mattresses and room layouts are not a problem. Custom sizing is available on most products, embroidery and satin stitch add about one to two weeks, and we confirm artwork before production begins. Our custom sizing page explains how to measure.
