Who we supply
Guests arrive at a spa for calm, comfort and care, and linen is one of the most tactile parts of that experience. A towel that feels thin, rough or tired can undo an atmosphere you have worked hard to build. Towels and robes should feel soft against the skin, absorbent and substantial, and just as good on the hundredth wash as on the first.
Spa linen is washed constantly, so performance matters as much as feel. Look for towels that keep their softness and absorbency after repeated washing and hold their shape without looking tired too quickly. The best choice depends on your laundry process, so tell us how you wash and dry, how many treatment rooms you run and how often towels turn over, and we will recommend a suitable weight. Always follow each product's care label, because wash temperature and drying affect how long a towel lasts.
A spa feels more premium when everything looks intentional. Matching towels and bath mats, robes that look and feel luxurious, and discreet embroidery of your logo give treatment rooms a consistent finish. Embroidery is also a practical way to support stock control and reduce loss, because your branded linen is easy to tell apart from anyone else's. Artwork must be confirmed before production, and embroidery adds about one to two weeks.
Robes and bath mats are what guests see and feel between treatments, so they should look as considered as the towels. Choose a robe style that suits your treatments and your climate: terry for warmth, waffle for a lighter feel, and velour for a plush finish. Bath mats should be soft, absorbent and secure underfoot. Tell us your treatment menu, how many guests you see a day and whether robes are loaned or sold, and we will suggest quantities, including spares so the rotation never runs short.
Whether you are opening a spa, adding treatment rooms or replacing worn stock, you can order in the quantities you need: there is no minimum order for trade clients. Apply for a trade account to see hospitality prices and request a written quotation that holds your prices for seven days. Ready-stock items usually take 3 to 5 business days before dispatch, with courier time added after that.
