We email the gift card to them as soon as your order is paid, with its own code. They spend it at checkout on anything in the shop, and what is left stays on the card for next time. It lasts three years.
Emailed, so there is no delivery charge. No VAT is charged on a gift card: it is charged on what it is spent on.

We deliver across South Africa by courier, with Standard and Express options priced for your address at checkout. You can also collect from us in Edenvale, by appointment, with no delivery charge.
We hold no stock: every item is made to order or ordered in from a supplier for your order, so we do not take change-of-mind returns; we put right faults, delivery damage and our own errors. Report a problem as soon as possible, ideally within 5 days of delivery (visible damage to the parcels within 48 hours where possible), and contact us before sending anything back. Yes. Once your order is dispatched, the courier emails you at each step with tracking details so you can follow the parcel until it arrives.
We deliver within South Africa only. Customers in neighbouring countries are welcome to collect by appointment, or to have the order delivered to an address in South Africa.
