Linen and Furnishings for Interior Decorators and Designers

Linen and Co works with interior decorators and designers across South Africa on bespoke linen and furnishings: custom sizes and colours, embroidery and branding, curtains, hardware, rugs and decor. Approved decorators see a fixed reseller price and can quote their own clients under their own logo and markup.

Linen made to suit the design

Standard sizes do not always fit a design concept, and textiles are often the detail that decides whether a space works. We are a manufacturer, so we can size linen for unusual beds, choose from our palette of white, cream, stone, grey and duck egg, and add embroidery or satin stitch detailing where the project calls for it. For hospitality and residential projects alike, you get one supplier for the bed, the bathroom and the window.

What you can specify

  • Bed linen in polycotton percale 200TC, cotton percale 200TC and cotton percale 300TC (white only).
  • Towels, bath mats and bathrobes, with embroidery if you want a monogram or logo.
  • Duvet inners, pillows, throws, blankets and quilted bedspreads.
  • Ready-made curtains and curtain hardware, rugs and decor.
  • Table linen for dining spaces.

Samples and fabric choices

Each product page describes its fabric, colours and care, and our guides explain the difference between polycotton and cotton percale in plain language. Percale is crisp and cool, and polycotton percale is smoother, quicker drying and more crease resistant. Cotton percale 300TC, white only, suits premium projects. Tell us the look you want and where the project is, and we will recommend the right range.

Quote your clients under your own logo

Approved decorators get a reseller account. You see a fixed reseller price for each item, which stays private, and a reseller dashboard where you build customer-ready quotations with your own logo, business details and markup. Save your clients in your address book, set the delivery charge your client sees, and keep every quotation. Hospitality volume savings do not apply on top of the reseller price.

Hospitality and residential projects

Decorators often work on guest rooms for a lodge or guesthouse one month and a private home the next. We supply both: hospitality-grade percale that survives commercial laundering, and softer cotton choices for a main bedroom. Our hospitality pages explain what each type of property usually needs, and our care guides give you something clear to hand to a client, so the linen is looked after properly once the project is finished.

If a client wants their own touch, embroidery and satin stitch can add a monogram or a logo, and custom labels can carry a brand. Each project is quoted individually, and we confirm sizes, colours and wording with you before production begins.

Project timing and ordering

Ready-stock items usually take 3 to 5 business days before dispatch and made-to-order items 7 to 14 business days, with courier time added after that. Embroidery adds about one to two weeks. Give us the project date and we will plan around it. Payment is in full before production, and a written quotation holds your prices for seven days.

Frequently asked questions

Do decorators get special prices?

Approved decorators get a fixed reseller price, shown once signed in. We review each application ourselves, and the reseller price stays private to your account.

Can I quote my clients under my own brand?

Yes. The reseller dashboard lets you build quotations with your own logo, details and markup, keep your clients in an address book and set your own delivery charge.

Can you make linen in a custom size or colour?

We can size linen to fit non-standard beds and we offer a palette of white, cream, stone, grey and duck egg. Send your requirements and we will confirm what is possible.

Can you add monograms or logos?
