Who we supply
In healthcare and in laundry services, linen is a workflow as much as a product. It has to withstand frequent washing, resist wear and seam stress, and keep a clean, professional appearance across many cycles. Choose fabrics for durability and ease of care, and always check each product's care label for the maximum wash temperature before you set your laundry process.
Inconsistent sizing slows everything down: it affects folding, packaging and client satisfaction. Standardised sizes across batches simplify inventory and replacements, and reliable repeat orders mean new stock matches what you already hold. If your beds or equipment need a non-standard size, we can size linen to fit, and embroidery or labels can identify departments or help with asset control.
In busy laundries, drying time and creasing decide how long a batch takes. Polycotton percale dries quicker than cotton and resists creasing, which can cut turnaround time and ironing. Cotton remains the choice where breathability matters more than drying speed. Tell us your volumes and laundry process and we will recommend a specification.
Laundry services often supply hospitality, healthcare and residential clients. We can help you build a specification that suits each contract, from high-turnover hospitality rooms to durable towels and bedding for ongoing work, and from protectors that extend mattress and pillow life to labelled linen for each site.
Linen lasts longest when it is washed and dried the way its care label says. Each of our products carries a sewn care label, and the product page and our care guides repeat the instructions, so your laundry team can set its process from them. Over-hot washing, harsh chemicals and over-drying are the usual causes of early wear, and none of them is a manufacturing fault. If you are unsure whether a process suits a product, ask us before you order and we will say.
We supply linen and protectors, and we are not a medical-device supplier: please follow your facility's own infection-control rules when you choose a laundering method.
There is no minimum order for trade clients. Apply for a trade account to see hospitality or reseller prices and request written quotations that hold your prices for seven days. Ready-stock items usually take 3 to 5 business days and made-to-order items 7 to 14 business days before dispatch, with courier time added after that. Laundry services that resell or supply linen to their own clients can also apply as resellers.
