Understanding Your Bed Linen Options

Hotel buyers have a wide range of choices when it comes to bed linen, from premium Egyptian-cotton-grade 300 thread count cotton percale to practical, easy-care ranges. Each has its own strengths for hospitality use, whether you’re running five-star suites, mid-tier rooms, or high-turnover guesthouse beds.

Frequently asked questions

Do you supply small guesthouses or self-catering hosts, or only hotels?

Yes, anyone can order any quantity – from boutique hotel buyers to single self-catering units.

What’s the difference between 200TC and 300TC bed linen?

200TC is a hotel-quality, high-turnover range that’s crisp and practical. The White 300TC Cotton Percale is a premium specification (the same as Egyptian-cotton-grade 300 thread count cotton percale), suitable for five-star rooms and suites.

Can I order bed linen in different sizes and colours?

Yes. Bed linen is available in a wide range of standard South African sizes and colours, including White, Cream, Stone, Grey, and Duck Egg.

Premium Bed Linen for Five-Star Experiences

For luxury hotel rooms, suites, and high-end lodges, the White 300TC Cotton Percale range offers hotel-quality linen crafted to the same specification as Egyptian cotton percale. Expect a noticeably finer, smoother finish (in fitted sheets, flat sheets, duvet cover sets, pillow cases, and Oxford-style finishes) that softens beautifully after each wash. This range is suitable for premium rooms and those who want to offer guests an elevated experience.

Easy-Care and High-Turnover Bed Linen

For busy hotels, self-catering hosts, and guesthouses needing linen that’s easy to manage, the 200TC Cotton Percale and Polycotton Percale ranges are built for high-turnover hospitality. They're available in both fitted and flat sheets, duvet cover sets, and pillow cases. Polycotton options are crease-resistant and quick to dry, keeping beds looking neat with minimal effort and reducing turnaround time for cleaning staff. Cotton percale options offer a crisp, cool feel and softness that increases with washing, ideal for comfort-focused guesthouses and B&Bs.

Decorative Finishes and Colour Options

Linen and Co’s hotel bed linen goes beyond plain white: the 200TC and 300TC ranges are available with options like Oxford borders for a polished look and satin stitch for a subtle, tailored effect. Select from white as the classic hotel staple, or add muted tones such as Cream, Stone, Grey or Duck Egg to coordinate with your decor and brand identity.
