Products, Images, and Information
We do our best to display product information, colours, sizes, specifications, prices, and images accurately. Colours may vary because of screen settings, lighting, dye lots, fabric batches, and photography. Minor tolerances in textile products, measurements, colour, finish, or texture may occur.
Product availability, specifications, prices, and lead times may change without notice. If an error affects your order, we will contact you to correct it, offer an alternative, or cancel and refund the affected item where appropriate.
Orders and Acceptance
An order is accepted only once payment has been received and the order has been confirmed by Linen and Co. We may decline or cancel an order where there is a pricing error, stock issue, supplier issue, payment issue, suspected fraud, unavailable product, or incorrect information.
Payment
Full payment is required before dispatch or production, unless written account terms have been agreed. Accepted payment methods may include card payment, instant EFT, normal EFT, or other payment options shown at checkout.
Lead Times and Delivery
Lead times are estimates. Standard items, made-to-order items, custom items, bulk orders, embroidery, personalisation, supplier delays, courier delays, and public holidays may affect timing. Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Made-to-Order, Custom, and Personalised Products
Made-to-order, custom-sized, altered, embroidered, personalised, or specially sourced products are produced for your order. Please check all measurements, quantities, colours, specifications, and artwork approvals carefully before production begins.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, repairs, replacements, and order issues are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Care, Use, and Product Performance
Customers are responsible for following product care instructions. Damage caused by incorrect washing, bleach, chemicals, misuse, improper installation, incorrect measurements, excessive heat, sun exposure, or normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing fault.
Intellectual Property
Website content, product copy, photographs, design elements, graphics, and branding belong to Linen and Co or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. Customer-provided artwork, logos, or instructions remain the customer's responsibility, and the customer confirms they have the right to use them.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Linen and Co is not liable for indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profit, delays outside our control, courier delays, supplier delays, or loss caused by incorrect customer information. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited as permitted by applicable law.
Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any dispute will be handled in South Africa unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website applies at the time you use the website or place an order.
