Linen and Co provides comprehensive shipping solutions designed to deliver your luxury linens safely and efficiently.

Shipping Methods

Courier Delivery

  • Partnerships with reliable national courier services
  • Tracking information provided via email upon dispatch
  • Delivery to your specified address

In-Person Collection

  • Direct order pickup from the Linen and Co facility
  • Customer responsible for collection arrangements
  • Linen and Co accepts no liability for third-party collection

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated based on order size, weight, destination, and complexity
  • Clearly displayed at checkout before payment
  • Orders over R5,000 may qualify for free shipping
  • Additional charges may apply for remote or outlying areas
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once dispatched

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery

  • Processing: 2–5 working days
  • Courier delivery: 3–7 working days after dispatch

Express Delivery

  • Processing: 1–3 working days
  • Courier delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch

Made-to-Order Items

  • Production lead time: 3–14 working days, plus standard shipping
  • Embroidery adds 1–2 weeks to production time
  • Urgent orders require written approval and may incur rush fees

Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

  • Ships to all major cities and towns across South Africa
  • Remote or rural areas may incur additional charges or extended delivery times

International Shipping

  • Ships to select African countries
  • Costs calculated individually based on destination and order details
  • Customers responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees

Tracking & Courier Responsibility

  • Tracking details provided via email upon dispatch
  • Customers must monitor their order using the tracking details provided
  • Once dispatched, the order is in the hands of an independent courier
  • Linen and Co is not responsible for courier delays or service issues
  • Report damage or loss to the courier within 48 hours of delivery
  • Linen and Co will support customers in pursuing courier claims where applicable

Refused or Uncollected Orders

  • Return shipping costs will be charged if delivery is refused or uncollected
  • Items will be restocked or refunded minus applicable fees
