Can I upload a room and explore a new look?
Yes. The Residential room journey lets you upload an existing room or start from a blank space, save the visual direction and then choose the Linen and Co products you want to use.
Do Residential accounts receive quantity savings?
Yes. Selected products and qualifying Residential orders can receive quantity savings. The applicable saving is reflected in the quotation when the order qualifies.
Can I use the account for simple replacements as well?
Yes. You do not need to rebuild a whole room every time. Previous orders and saved product choices make straightforward top-ups and replacements quicker.
Can selected residential products be customised?
Selected products can support custom sizing, satin stitch, embroidery and tailored finishing. Availability and lead time depend on the individual product and request.
