2. Delivery Timelines
Made-to-Order Items: 3–14 Working Days
Timeline calculated from payment clearance and varies based on order size and complexity, current production schedule, and product specifications.
Ready-Made Items: 2–4 Days
Quick dispatch for standard inventory items including base covers, blankets, towels, gowns, slippers, quilted bedspreads, and ready-made curtains.
3. Stock Availability
We strive to maintain optimal stock levels for ready-made items. In cases where specific designs or qualities are unavailable, substitutions may be necessary and customers will be promptly notified with alternative options proposed.
4. Satin Stitch Embroidery Processing
Single Row Satin Stitch: +1 week
Double Row Satin Stitch: +2 weeks
Embroidery requires meticulous craftsmanship. Intricate designs need additional time. Customers should follow care instructions carefully and note that Linen and Co is not liable for laundering damage to embroidered items.
