4. Payment Terms

• Standard Inventory: 2-5 business days processing
• Custom Orders: 7-15 business days (expedited options available for urgent orders)
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control
• Risk passes to customer upon dispatch
• Delivery charges apply as per current rate card

• Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins
• Artwork and specifications must be approved before production
• Color variations may occur due to monitor settings and fabric dye lots

8. Returns and Exchanges

• Custom/personalised items: Non-returnable unless defective
